Exercise 3 emphasis is fluid motion rather than focusing each block as it is executed. Start by
combining moves as in the following sequence.
1. Left single block
2. Right double block
3. Right single block
4. Left double block
5. Right high block
6. Left combination block
7. Right combination block
8. Left inside block, punch
9. Right inside block, punch
10. Left pull, punch, punch
11. Left inside block, punch
12. Right pull, punch, punch
13. Right single block
